Aims & Objectives
Our aim is to promote Ayurveda in its purest form and to provide
authentic information , technical training to the qualified
Ayurvedic practitioners in India & abroad for application
of the ksharasutra.
Teaching Method
The teaching & learning methods for the training programme
will include lectures, practical sessions, workshops & group
discussions. The most significant part of the training programme
is the promotion of diagnostic, therapeutic & practical
skills & technique in ksharasutra therapy in which the doctors
will acquire the necessary knowledge to apply in their future
practice.
Career Opportunities
Training programme in kshar-sutra therapy is
a comprehensive programme of learning which will provide the
learner an opportunity to acquire the knowledge of diagnostic
skills & treatments of various anorectal disorders according
to Ayurvedic system of medicines.
The learner will emerge from this programme with an understanding
of the scope of their knowledge & skills and a commitment
of taking continued responsibility for self development as a
practitioner of Ayurvedic system of medicine.

own practices.Some graduates may be hired by other practitioners
or health care centers. The sushruta institute makes every effort
to support its students by communicating available job opportunities
and referring requests for practitioners that it receives from
the public. However, sushruta institute of kshar sutra therapy
does not offer formal placement services & makes no guarantee
of employment.

PROMOTER
Dr. S. K. SINGH, M.S. (AYURVEDA),
B.H.U. is one of India's most outstanding Kshara-sutra
consultant, is a post graduate in Ayurvedic surgery
from B.H.U., Indias premier Institute of Ayurveda. He has
been associated with Moolchand hospital, Khosala hospital,
Saroj hospital etc, as senior surgical specialist
of Ayurveda.
Dr. Singh has done extensive research in kshara-sutra therapy
for more than a decade & has established the concept of
graded kshara-sutra. He has lectured on kshara-sutra therapy
& Ayurvedic education programme in various national &
international workshops & conferences. His research work-
"Role of kshara-sutra treatment in the cases
of milk fistula" has been published in the journal
of research in Ayurveda & Sidha under CCRAS Govt. of India.
Dr. Singh is a Gold Medallist from Delhi
University & is a member of National Academy of Ayurveda,
Ministry of Health, Govt. of India. He was awarded 'Man of
the decade celebration' a prestigious award by faculty of
Ayurveda Benares Hindu University, Varanasi, India.
